Right... so the monster doesn’t look monstery _{more a fat angry cat}, and neither does her outfit/weapon seem fantasy-like. But this is how I feel it works:

(Monster (sword+magic))^imagination — maths = Fantasy

GOT IT? Good.


<sub>If you've seen the ??????????? screenshot it’s likely you noticed this ISN'T the same picture being worked on. I figured since this colouring style was only picked up quite recently (after using only gradients and cell shading for a loooong time) it's probably not a good idea to make colour the only visual appeal, so here's an attempt at a different perspective, quite literally |D

Though this attempt is probably a little more risky. Her right shoulder/elbow doesn't seem right, but I seriously need to move on here.. = 3=</sub>

Her face was initially intended to be reflected on that broken off blade, since it's a pity not to show a decent face in a pageant = 3= ... but then again, I'll leave her expression to be as ambiguous as the theme of Fantasy itself
and tie that in with what I said at the start of this description box
